Project Manager

Hello, my name is Letitea Molise. I am the Community Development Worker / Project Manager at Eland School.

I work with parents of Eland School through our parenting group program where we identify behavioral problems and address them in groups. These parenting groups also help the parents to raise their children in a healthy family environment.

I also assist these families through counseling on whatever issues they are facing. I had the opportunity to help a married couple who were separating to overcome their differences to work through their problems. They are still together and happier than ever. Whenever a problem arises they also talk and listen to each other.

I also got the opportunity to study Project Management through Jama International and Ubunthu Trust. I really learned a lot and made a success of my studies. Everything that I learned made it easier for me to do my work.
